CASE STUDIES
OUR CONSULTANTS ADVISED ON THE FOLLOWING PROJECTS
We have completed dozens of domestic and foreign projects, below we present some of them
Media relations
AZOTY GROUP
The PR activities covered by the project were aimed at building international relations and the image of Grupa Azoty – the second largest fertilizer producer in the EU – among business clients and financial markets in Poland and around the world. We created from scratch and successfully implemented an international communication strategy and information policy for a company that until now communicated only in Poland.
Articles about Grupa Azoty appeared in the most prestigious media in the world, i.e. Financial Times, New York Times, International New York Times, The Economist, Reuters. As a result, we have produced over 2,000 publications in 8 languages!
Crisis management
AMIBLU
Following the failure of the pipelines discharging wastewater to the “Czajka” wastewater treatment plant in Warsaw, Amiblu, an international company that manufactures GRP pipes, was accused of contributing to the disaster. Negative publications in major media, activities of competitors to the detriment of the company and the dissemination of false information resulted in a ban on the use of GRP pipes in subsequent investments in Warsaw.
Maurent PR’s activities consisted in falsifying reality by implementing a crisis communication strategy. The most important effects of the undertaken activities include: clearing the brand of allegations, withdrawal of the argument about the failure rate of composite materials from the public debate, increase in positive publications about the company, removal of the company from the black list of the capital city authorities.

Public affairs
ZYN – SWEDISH MATCH
As Maurent PR we supported the launch of nicotine sachets, a product that is not assigned to any category – e.g. medical, food, tobacco. We worked on the creation of a cluster with competing players to unify the status of the product category. Our activities included working with the Ministry of Finance to bring the category under excise duty, but also communication with the Ministry of Health.
